Improve Balance, Concentration, Blood-flow, and improve Memory with Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a form of exercise that focuses on deep breathing and meditation. It’s shown to increase memory and balance, as well as help to focus and improve coordination. It’s an exercise that doesn’t deal with harsh movements and strain, it’s more relaxed and gentle. Also, it can be done by anyone at any age and still get big benefits.

Tai Chi has many physical and emotional benefits.

Although Tai Chi is slow and gentle and doesn’t leave you strained, it addresses the key components of fitness — strength, flexibility, and balance. As well as the mental side; coordination, concentration, and memory. It also helps to improve blood-flow and flexibility throughout the body.

It’s something you can take with you.
At the Martial Arts Center for Health, we teach Tai Chi for you to have. Once you learn, it can be done anywhere at any time. You don’t need a lot of big special equipment to practice it, just you and the right clothing. We offer a free private lesson and demonstration to get started, or just a demonstration if that’s more comfortable.
