New Morning Classes

MACH introduces new 9am morning classes on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Each class is 45 minutes long, with an additional 15 minutes for personal practice.

New Season, New Hours

Updated class schedule includes morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Degree-specific classes are also highlighted.

Upcoming Events

  • May 3: Park Longstaff Seminar (Part 2) for Complete Health Program & Degrees Only.
  • May 17: Sunset Beach Seminar (last of the season).
  • June 14: 33rd Anniversary Open House Demonstration & Celebration.
