Martial Arts Center for Health has a system of movement that has been in place and proven over 32 years to give your body the most comprehensive movement that will positively affect every aspect of your body.
Conscious movement that builds bone density, strengths all connective tissues including the bone, ligament, tendon, and muscle. Simultaneously movements release tension, locked areas, opening up energy pathways, increasing circulation and blood flow. We are working on all the muscle groups and how they connect throughout the body as one unit instead of so many separate parts.
The internal systems of the body are stimulated. Lymphatic drainage, circulatory, endocrine, blood vessels, veins, arteries, Nervous System and brain function. The movement is tailored to each persons individual needs irrespective of physical ability or limitations.

The movement taught here can help to balance your body where ever deficient or over developed. Many members learn here for 5, 10, 20 plus years with higher level movement being taught each year.
